Get Flipped!™ 3D Nominated for Best Event Photography
Company’s innovative products receive worldwide acclaim
 
ORANGE COUNTY, CA – JUNE 16, 2009 –  Get Flipped!™  Inc. has received yet another prestigious award nomination for its newest product – 3D Flip Photos™ that pop to life, no glasses required! The International Special Events Society (ISES) nominated the Orange County-based company for Best Event Photography for its creation of instant 3D Flip Photos™.  Get Flipped!™ is presently the only company in the  United States providing instant 3D photos live at events. With 3D movies and promotional items gaining popularity, Get Flipped!™ CEO Raleigh Souther saw an opportunity to bring the magic of 3D to event photography with lenticular photo technology.
 
New Line Cinema featured Get Flipped!™’s Pro Studio software at the premiere party for the 3D movie Journey to the Center of the Earth.  Guests were virtually transported by the Get Flipped!™ photo studio to a 3D prehistoric world where they were being chased by a giant T-Rex – just like the characters in the movie! (see image below).  Within minutes, each guest received a 3D Flip Photo™ magnet that seemed to pop right out of the frame. The speed of production and stunning 3D effect made for a truly eye-catching giveaway item.
  
The International Special Events Society holds the Esprit Awards program annually to recognize excellence
in the international event industry. The winners will be announced at the ISES Esprit Awards Celebration on Saturday, August 8 in San Francisco. The awards ceremony is the crowning event of ISES Eventworld 2009,
a conference for special events professionals from around the globe.
